Our Instructors

Anthony Martinez joined the Marcus High School band staff in the summer of 2019 as choreographer, technician, and designer. 2023-2024 will be Mr. Martinez’s sixth year teaching the pageantry arts. Prior to his appointment at Marcus, Mr. Martinez taught and choreographed for several schools in the DFW area.

As a member of the performing arts, Mr. Martinez performed with the Crossmen (2015-2017) and aged out at Blue Stars (2018). Mr. Martinez also performed with Color Guard Theater (CGT) Denton (2018-2020).

Mr. Martinez mission is to create a positive and artistic space for every student. He is excited to continue his journey with the Marcus cluster as Color Guard Director.
